You may get the impression, from recent explorations therein, that the Basket of Deplorables is primarily populated by men. While it is true that men, being men, tend to hog all of the attention, that does not mean that women aren't amply represented in the Basket. They are. So, stow away those sexist thoughts (you dog!) and come explore the extent of female deplorableness with me...
Food For Thoughtlessness
Not wanting children to starve at school is Communism. If we want to fight Communism, we must let children starve at school. It's called the circle of deplorableness, and it's not illustrated in any Disney film!
Zie sprechen Rebecca Friedrichs on Fox News, the one true source of disinformation in the Basket of Deplorables.
I can understand the right wing obsession with children being indoctrinated by the education system...barely...when I'm really hammered...and not entirely paying attention...but their parents? What are the schools going to do? Give parents detention and have them write, "From each according to his ability to each according to his need" on the blackboard 100 times? It doesn't seem as efficient a method of political indoctrination as watching Fox News...
Can you believe that Friedrichs used to be a teacher? I know, right? Not only that, but, get this: she is currently a Christian activist! Absolutely! Because, when Jesus said, "Suffer little children," he actually meant, "Suffer, little children."
In religion, as in life, punctuation is everything.
So, Just Like Brett Kavanaugh, Then
You know all that talk about female solidarity, about women helping other women overcome the barriers to advancement that men put in their way? In the Basket of Deplorables, women step over the bodies of other women to get to the top by doing and saying things to please men.
It's like the 1950s with cellphones and endless debates about the quality of the last season of Game of Thrones. If how the era and the TV series intersect isn't the subject of a million graduate theses, it soon will be. It soon will be.
You may recognize Kellyanne Conway - she's a regular here. The man she is trying to please is not her husband George, it's the President of the Basket, Donald Trump. Do you think he's a little...put out by the fact that all of the women on Joe Biden's VP shortlist, including a couple of colour, have more political experience than he did when he was stolected?
We can't have the President feeling inferior to a bunch of...girls! Quick - send out the attack poodles! There are still people in the Basket who think they have any bite.
She Has A Moral Compass
It's Just That It Is Broken And Permanently Directs Her Towards "Evil"
It takes a certain...dexterity of mind to use one crisis (public health) to advance the cause of another (the environment). And, no moral compass. It's exactly that combination that condo boards in the Basket of Deplorables find irresistible.
Fortunately (arguably), Alberta Energy Minister Sonya Savage has what it takes!
In the quote which got her special attention from the other residents of her building in the Basket of Deplorables, Savage was referring to the Trans Mountain Expansion project, which is under construction on its route between Edmonton and Vancouver. But, really, it could have been any pipeline anywhere. Through Parliament Hill. Beneath the ocean to Paris, then back again. Under your bedroom. Once the protests are out of the way, the earth's molten core's the limit!
She made this statement on a podcast hosted by the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors. It is an impartial source of information, to be sure, just like Coke is good for your stomach lining. If you don't have the flexibility of mind to appreciate this, the condo operators in the Basket are not above taking bribes...
So Much Like English
Yet So Much The Opposite Of Communication
Okay, I get that antifa members can be out to make a fast buck at the same time as they are working towards destroying the capitalist system in America. People are complicated, and can have conflicting motivations. But, promoting a pandemic in order to make $55,000 a year? There must be easier ways to scam a lot more than that!
Like, being corporate CEOs?
All you need to know about DeAnna Lorraine is that she is a spokesmonster for Qanon, an organization which never met a conspiracy it didn't like. Don't believe it? Obviously, you're a part of it!
Lorraine's verbal diarrhea threatens credulity on so many levels it may as well be a multi-tiered marketing scheme, but the one that makes the least sense is her threat to go undercover to infiltrate contact tracing companies. That would be so much work! Much easier to disappear for a couple of weeks, then claim to have uncovered the conspiracy when you return and make up the details you know will most inflame the irrational passions of your audience.
It's not a bad plan. At least she'd be gone for a couple of weeks...
